Are you a homeowner or live in private rented accommodation? if yes proceed!
An accredited Home Energy Assessor will visit your property to measure your home’s current energy efficiency. The assessment is FREE and impartial, and is conducted using industry standard calculations. Your assessor will then talk you through any eligible energy saving improvements and the estimated savings you could make.
Your Assessor will:
Need full access to your property – to all rooms including your loft
Need to see proof if you are receiving qualifying benefits, for example your Tax Credit Award Notice or benefit entitlement letter
Take some photos of your property to show where energy saving improvements are needed
Make you aware of any consents you may need to obtain before improvements can be installed
PLEASE NOTE: Technical Survey
If the improvements require a technical survey, a qualified surveyor will visit your property.
After you’ve signed your Energy Plan, we’ll arrange a convenient installation date and time. You’ll also be given a named account manager who will be your point of contact throughout the installation process.
Your installer will be approved and accredited, ensuring the work is carried out to an agreed high level and national standard.
